All returns will require prior approval.

If our ammunition is defective, we will refund or replace it and provide shipping for the return.  Please contact us for a review of the issue prior to returning any ammunition.    

Custom ammunition is manufactured to the customers specifications and will not be refunded.  In some cases, it may be exchanged or credited for a replacemnet order.  Please contact us for a review of the issue prior to returning any ammunition.    

Firearms manufactured by Loader Monkey may be returned to us for warranty and/or refund claims.

Firearms manufactured by others should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty claims.  We can assist in returns to the manufacturer if necessary.

Firearms refused by the FFL dealer or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
